This weekend kept me pretty active. I had a bachelorette party here in Austin, my childhood best friend Abbie, is getting married and I'm so happy I got to celebrate all the bachelorette festivities with her. It was so great catching up and we had tons of fun! Friday night was just a warm up kind of night. We went to Rainey St. in downtown Austin, very chill house bars, LOVE! I wore a striped top, boy friend jeans and my cobalt pumps. I got lots of compliments on my these pumps, I bought them at Steve Madden last year in the summer, along with a pink pair. They were sold out everywhere at that time but I did managed to get lucky on finding both pair on some random online website.
On Saturday, we went on a wine tour during the day and Dirty 6th at night. It was so much fun, we dressed up in all black while Abbie wore white, of course. Our wigs were a hit, we were all totally wigging out and it drew so much attention. So much, I only paid for one drink all night, and it wasn't even for me. SO COOL! Anyway, I wore a Rory Becca quilted sweater that I also got last year. I remember paying an arm and a leg for it (in my head, I had to have it) but the similar ones I found here and here, are so much more reasonably priced, it makes me jealous. The pants I also got last year (geez, it seems like everything I've been wearing lately I bought sometime last year), I couldn't find any pants that had the same knee patch but these leggings look very similar and are just as cute.
I had planned to wear a cute For Loves and Lemons dress at night but for some odd reason I felt like I either grew or it shrunk but either way it was too cold to just wear the dress, it needed leggings. Also, I had forgotten my leather jacket and it was backless so I ended up wearing the same thing. NO BIGGIE!
Below are some pictures of the bachelorette party fun! There was so much dancing, my legs were sore the next day. BEST FEELING EVER! The dictionary should totally change its meaning to the word and just put, Dancing: an awesome way to workout and burn calories without even knowing it. Also, the wine tour was just amazing, I told Orly we had to go on one soon. It's a must! Well, I hope everyone has an amazing rest of their Tuesday, until next time.
